Booking an Appointment
When booking an appointment, it is important to ensure that at least one of the notification options is selected in the settings. This will help to ensure that the appointment reminders and updates reach the intended recipients in a timely manner. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text it is possible the appointment may not have booked properly. Ensure there are no special instructions listed in the service description prior to booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
