Where are you located?

Alter Ego with Tai is a private salon suite, located at The Shoppes of Cinnaminson, inside of Phenix Salon Suites.

How will I know how to get in?

Once you have booked your appointment you can find the code located in any of the confirmation or reminder emails.

I booked but I couldn’t find the entrance code in my confirmation text. Why?

Unfortunately, the code can only be found in the emails. As soon as our system gives us access to add messages to our text correspondence as well we will add it to the it.

What is a Brow Lamination?

Brow lamination is a cosmetic procedure that involves reshaping and restructuring the eyebrow hairs to give them a more defined and groomed appearance. Are there any special instructions for the service booked?

Any special instructions or Pre Care will be located in the service description of the scheduling page.  Please adhere to these instructions to avoid having to reschedule your appointment and possibly inquire fees.

I booked a lash extension service, can I wear my contacts?

No, please do not wear your contacts for ANY lash enhancement services.  If you are prescribed glasses please wear or bring them with you those.   If you do - we will ask you to remove your contacts. We may not have the proper storage for them.
